San Pascual is a 1st class municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the latest census, it has a population of 65,424 people.

San Pascual was formerly part of the municipality of Bauan and known as "Lagnas". It became an independent municipality in 1969. The municipality is adjacent to Batangas City, is along Batangas Bay. The town is home to an oil refinery and chemical plants as well as other industrial and commercial establishments.
